Founded in 2020, DMB Properties is dedicated to revitalizing underserved communities through the strategic acquisition, renovation, and redevelopment of residential properties.
As we began acquiring rental properties and deepening our involvement in local neighborhoods, we identified a critical shortage of safe, affordable housing in low- to moderate-income areas. These communities had long been overlooked, leading to deteriorating property conditions, stagnant economic growth, and limited opportunities for residents. This lack of investment not only affected the quality of housing but also hindered the overall development and vitality of the surrounding neighborhoods.
In response, our mission has evolved to focus on expanding access to quality housing while promoting long-term stability and opportunity for families. As a participating landlord in HUD’s Housing Choice Voucher Program, DMB Properties provides safe, affordable homes to voucher holders, helping bridge the gap for underserved households. Through this commitment, we aim to empower families, strengthen neighborhoods, and lay the foundation for lasting community growth and resilience.
